Delivery Address Requirements

To maintain a seamless shipping process, please note:

  • No PO Boxes: We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Orders placed with a PO Box will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued minus transaction fees (2.9%-7.9%).
  • Physical Addresses Only: Provide a valid residential or office address to avoid delays in delivery.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

Customs and Taxes:

  • USA: No customs duties or taxes.
  • Select Countries: Free customs clearance and tax-free delivery for equipment (Australia, Belgium, Canada, etc.).
  • Other Countries: Customer responsible for customs clearance and fees.
  • Liquids/Gels: Shipped separately, import taxes may apply (non-USA).

Delivery Issues:

  • Delays: Up to 45 days considered reasonable, no refunds provided.

  • Re-routed/Refused/Undeliverable Packages:
    • Re-routed: No refunds.
    • Refused (unauthorized): 40% restocking fee.
